For Project Management services in the Manufacturing area.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Life Sciences and seven to ten (7-10) years of previous exposure to Project Management activities within the regulated industry.
  • PMP Certification prefferred 
  • Bilingual: (Spanish and English)
  • Shift: Administrative & according to business needs 
  • Domestic and International travel up to 30%
  • Experience in:
    • Defining scopes, costs, and deliverables.
    • Operations and/or in advanced manufacturing engineering. 
    • PPPM (like MS Project, and Project Server)

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Develop comprehensive project plans and charters, defining scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for NPD and CAPEX initiatives.
  • Ensure closure of pending activities before gate reviews to enable prompt and efficient project progression.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration (engineering, finance, manufacturing, procurement) to integrate NPD and CAPEX initiatives seamlessly.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including cost overruns, schedule delays, and technical challenges.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, optimizing capital expenditures and ensuring financial discipline.
  • Track and evaluate project performance using KPIs and metrics, adjusting strategies to meet goals.
  • Communicate project updates to functional management and executive leadership regularly.
  • Conduct postmortem reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate scope, schedule, and cost changes, ensuring stakeholder alignment and transparency.
  • Promote best practice sharing across teams to drive continuous improvement in DFMA and CAPEX projects.
  • Research and integrate innovative technologies, enhancing industrialization efforts and optimizing CAPEX investments.
