The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and five (5) years of exposure within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Industry.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills (English and Spanish)
- Shift: Administrative & according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- OSI PI & SQL server Management.
- Manufacturing Process Data.
- GMP and FDA Regulations.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Captures real-time data from production equipment, fill/finish lines, and packaging equipment; these systems are typically integrated.
- OSI PI collects real-time manufacturing data that is later contextualized and transferred to SQL databases for reporting and analysis
- Process data from PI is often aggregated in SQL databases for regulatory submissions and annual product reviews
- Captures complete batch records with all process parameters for traceability.
- Computer system validation, with PI focusing on data integrity of automation systems and SQL on application functionality.
- PI process data is often aggregated in SQL databases for regulatory submissions and annual product reviews.
- Track-and-trace requirements often involve real-time data from PI systems combined with structured product data in SQL databases.
