• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and five (5) years of exposure in Reliability activities within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English.
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
• Experience in: 
  • Preventive Maintenance Optimization.
  • Dry Product
  • Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering.
  • Revision of Job Plans, Data Sheet, and SOP.
  • Utilities and facilities.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Collect, Compile, and analyze information from manuals, iterations with the suppliers, specifications; training; systems.
• Gained hands-on experience in pharmaceutical dry product operations (such as tablets or capsules) ensuring equipment reliability.
• Participated in qualification and validation support (IQ/OQ/PQ) of new and existing dry product equipment and systems.
• Create Maintenance Tasks and Data Sheets. Interact closely with maintenance technicians to identify opportunities.
• Develop or Review job Plans using the CMMS system. Upload equipment information into the CMMS system.
• Evaluate and define spare parts requirements and bill of materials.
• Define Inventory Strategies.
• Design and develop Preventive Maintenance Procedures / Training.
• Support the development of an equipment Maintenance Strategy.
