The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and five (5) years of exposure in Reliability activities within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English.
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Preventive Maintenance Optimization.
- Dry Product
- Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering.
- Revision of Job Plans, Data Sheet, and SOP.
- Utilities and facilities.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Develop and maintain reliability strategies for critical equipment in the Dry Product PR1 facility.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, recurring failures, and improvement opportunities.
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Create and update maintenance plans, spare parts strategies, and reliability documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to improve equipment uptime and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Evaluate equipment modifications, upgrades, and new installations from a reliability perspective.
- Monitor KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and equipment availability, providing periodic reports.
- Ensure all reliability activities comply with site safety, quality, and GMP requirements.
