WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Associate Degree with four (4) years of exposure in a GMP regulated Industry.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Experience in:
    • Perform preventive inspections of plants instruments related to process. 
    • Conduct Calibration duties on instrument.
    • Troubleshooting

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Responsible for critical instruments calibration as state by S.O.P. (Microprocessors, PLC's Temperature Indicators, Temprature Recorders, Temperature Controls, Pressure Indicators and Recorders, etc. 
  • Responsible for the proper operation of the plant convenience instruments.
  • Responsible for the troubleshooting of pneumatic, electric, and electronic instrumentation. 
  • Documentation of the calibration program as established by S.O.P. (file and calibration sticker). 
  • Keep a well-organized file on the calibration and history of all plant instruments.
  • Assure standard instruments are updated in terms of calibration and certified by N.B.S. Audit the calibration procedure fo the Contractors performing the calibration of standards as required by Supervisor.
  • Assist the Electricians or any other pier on related jobs, when required by facilitator. 
  • Assist the Maintenance Planners on the planning of jobs related to instrumentation, when required.
  • Assist the troubleshooting to plant processes, whenever requested. 
  • Preventive and corrective work orders of utilities and production equipment.
  • Responsable for keeping and maintaining working area organized and cleaned.
  • Responsable for following all GMP and Safety Rules and using safety equipment while performing any job.
