For Continuous Improvement initiative services in the Manufacturing area. 

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Industrial) and previous exposure in Continuous Improvement within the regulated industry. 
• Lean Six Sigma Certified (Yellow or Green Belt) 
• Bilingual, Spanish and English (good communications)
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs
• Experience in:
  • Kaizen Methodology 
  • Lean Six Sigma
  • GMP & GDP regulations

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Develop, lead, enhance, and deploy the following major CI initiatives/programs: Pacers, Tiers, Ideas Program, VSM,6S, Belts, Visual Management, Standard Work, and PHC/Gemba.
• Support and/or lead all Kaizen Shinkijutsu opportunities identified
• Define standard processes, and train, improve, and sustain each of them.
