For Engineering services in the Manufacturing area. 

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and at least two (e) years of experience within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Industry.
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. 
  • Shift: Flexibility for 1st, 2nd & 3rd. 
  • Experience in:
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with preferred experience in MS Project and CAD tools.
    • Skilled in documentation, communication, and stakeholder management within team environments.
    • Knowledgeable in engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and lab/industrial equipment.
    • Familiar with FDA regulations, EHS, and quality standards, with a strong focus on safety and waste management.
    • Demonstrates analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) 

  • Optimize manufacturing processes using engineering methods such as Six Sigma and Lean.
  • Design and redesign equipment, tools, and fixtures to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and execute moderately complex experiments and validation protocols.
  • Analyze results and prepare technical reports with recommendations.
  • Resolve moderately complex manufacturing and compliance issues (e.g., CAPA, non-conformances).
  • Create training and documentation materials for production teams.
  • Establish and manage project plans using tools like risk analysis and scheduling.
  • Oversee technician tasks, provide training, and coordinate work.
