WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences or related field and at least four (4) years of previous exposure in Packaging within the regulated industry.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English)
• Shift: 3rd shift
• Experience in:
  • Leading production staff
  • Planning, organizing, staffing, performance assessment, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies, SOPs, cGMP, and FDA regulations.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Support packaging areas and weekend operations as required.
• Verify daily schedules and assign priorities.
• Coordinate operators and act as interface with other departments.
• Prepare daily performance documentation (shift summaries, downtime reports).
• Coordinate training needs and manpower allocation.
• Ensure GMP, safety, and EHS compliance.
• Monitor OEE performance and corrective actions.
