For Project Management services in the Manufacturing and Engineering area. 

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering and at least seven (8) years of previous exposure managing capital projects in the pharmaceutical industry; experienced with RFP process, design firms’ management; experience with manufacturing, packaging processes and equipment, clean rooms design and facilities improvements; proven GMP project delivery experience.
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English (good communications).
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in:
    • Lead overall project delivery and governance.
    • Develop and maintain project plan, schedule, budget, risk register and stakeholder communications.
    • Chair project meetings, manage scope changes, approve project-level deliverables (per delegated authority).
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams and escalate unresolved issues.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Comprehensive Project Management: Oversee all aspects of projects including planning, implementation, monitoring, completion, and follow-up.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure project activities adhere to domestic and international regulatory requirements and approved guidelines within the area of responsibility.
  • Resource Planning: Anticipate and communicate resource needs to management and project sponsors.
  • Issue Resolution: Evaluate project issues and develop effective solutions to achieve scientific, productivity, quality, and client satisfaction objectives.
  • Technical and Organizational Support: Assist with technical, financial, and organizational challenges by researching issues, providing recommendations, and maintaining document archives.
  • Risk Management: Identify and anticipate potential schedule delays or changes, analyzing their cost and resource impact.
  • Decision Support: Implement tools, techniques, and processes to generate information that enables informed decision-making within project teams.
  • Compliance with Standards: Ensure all project work complies with company practices, policies, and standard operating procedures.
