For Project Engineering services in the Capital Projects area. 

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least five (5) years of experience in Project Engineering activities within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Industry.
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English
  • Soft Skills: Excellent Communication skills, and Positive attitude. 
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. 
  • Experience in:
    • Managing site setup, reviewing underground drawings, and overseeing field activities.
    • Supporting design reviews, maintaining construction documentation, and tracking installed materials.
    • Collaborating with contractors, security, environmental teams, and overseeing project closeout.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) 

  • Ensure all work is managed in accordance with established procedures and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with the design firm to clarify and set field support requirements.
  • Assist the Project Manager in developing a Construction Execution Plan.
  • Define field support requirements in coordination with the Construction Firm.
  • Set up a job site for pre-construction activities and ensure readiness.
  • Examine underground drawings and photo files to identify potential interferences.
  • Participate in design reviews, focusing on constructability and maintainability..
  • Review and influence the overall design to optimize construction processes.
  • Oversee maintenance of construction drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy.
  • Manage project punch lists, track installed materials and equipment, and support project closeout and warranty work.
