The Technical Part:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering with (5) years of experience in electrical, computer, mechanical engineering, and related fields.
- Communication Skills
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Data Migration
- Change Control
- Troubleshooting (SCADA/PLC).
- Meetings Lead
- Meetings Lead.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Manage automation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with operational goals.
- Oversee data migration processes, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance during system transitions.
- Implement and maintain change control processes to ensure regulatory compliance and system integrity.
- Develop, test, and optimize PLC logic to improve automation efficiency and resolve operational challenges.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, explaining automation solutions, project status, and recommendations.
- Organize and lead meetings with cross-functional teams to align on automation strategies, challenges, and next steps.
- Generate comprehensive project reports, tracking progress, risks, and compliance with industry standards.
- Identify opportunities to enhance automation systems, improving efficiency and reducing downtime.
- Work with external vendors to procure automation solutions, ensuring compatibility with Amgen’s requirements.
- Provide training sessions and technical support to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of automation technologies.
