Instrumentation services for manufacturing and maintenance activities.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Associate Degree & two (2) years of experience in Instrumentation within the regulated industry. 
  • Shift: Non-Standard and according to business needs. 
    • 12 hours shift.
  • Experience in:
    • Temperature and Pressure Instruments Calibration.
    • Analytical Instruments Calibration and LOCK OUT/TAG OUT.
    • GMP Documentation and Maximo Software. 
    • Sanitary Connection and Diaphragm valves. 

The Personality Part:    

  • If besides being a calibration pro (which we know you are, of course), you’re also a master on all things cGMP-related, then you’re already halfway in! Add to this a little healthy competition, teamwork, being ethical and believing that the scientific method can be applied in all aspects of life, then bring it on! You just might have what it takes to take on this new challenge.  

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Perform basic calibrations of instruments on process and utility equipment.
  • Assist the team with maintaining an up-to-date working spare parts inventory system for the equipment/ systems the team is responsible for.
  • Ensure that calibration paperwork, instrument files and work order documentation is completed with accurate information.
  • Participate in a detailed training program in order to develop one's knowledge in the instrumentation field and other areas of the plant.
  • Assist in the development, revision, and updating of related SOPs for work related areas.
  • Configure and repair microprocessor-based instruments and controllers.
  • Basic troubleshooting and repair of process control and laboratory instruments.
  • All work must be completed in accordance with CFRs, cGMPs, SOPs, and policies.
  • Perform regular certification of equipment to verify conformance to industry standards and procedures.
  • Maintain an up-to-date cGMP training book.
  • Plan and schedule own work activities with operations staff to minimize impact to production activities.
