The Technical Part:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Relibility Engineering.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, asset management, manufacturing engineering, or equipment lifecycle management within a regulated or manufacturing enviroment.
- Bilingual: (English and Spanish)
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Equipment Licycle Management and Asset Management principle.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM), and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and equipment critically assessments.
- Maintenance Management Systems, reliability KPIs, asset history, and performance analysis.
- MTBF, MTTR, dowtime analysis, lifecycle cost analysis, and reliability improvement methodologies.
- Regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements within manufacturing enviroments.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Identify and lead reliability improvement initiatives to mitigate equipment and asset risks impacting safety, quality, compliance, production, and business continuity.
- Support Equipment Lifecycle Management activities from asset planning and acquisition through commissioning, qualification, operation, maintenance, renewal, and decommissioning.
- Develop, optimize, and sustain preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies based on equipment criticality, risk, failure history, and performance data.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), criticality assessments, and other reliability engineering activities to eliminate recurring failures and reduce downtime.
- Review maintenance history, spare parts consumption, downtime trends, MTBF, MTTR, and equipment performance metrics to identify reliability improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Quality, EHS, Procurement, and OEM suppliers to ensure reliability and maintainability requirements are incorporated into new and modified equipment.
- Support commissioning, qualification, FAT, SAT, maintenance readiness activities, and startup support for new or upgraded assets.
- Develop lifecycle replacement strategies, obsolescence management plans, and risk mitigation actions for critical equipment, controls, and spare parts.
- Prepare technical recommendations, lifecycle cost analyses, and business cases supporting repair, replacement, redesign, or equipment upgrade initiatives.
- Maintain equipment reliability documentation, maintenance standards, equipment hierarchy structures, spare parts strategies, and asset records within the CMMS.
- Provide reliability engineering guidance, coaching, and technical support to maintenance technicians, planners, supervisors, and operations personnel.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, investigations, and regulatory readiness activities through proper documentation and adherence to applicable procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives supporting equipment performance, reliability, operational excellence, and cost optimization goals.
