WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, engineering, or life sciences), or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills in Spanish and English.
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs
  • Experience in:
    • Experience developing training plans and training matrices for project personnel, preferably within a Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) or comparable regulated project environment.
    • Working knowledge of GMP/regulated training requirements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and learning management systems (LMS).
    • Ability to perform training compliance audits and identify gaps in required training for project personnel.
    • Experience coordinating project onboarding, including compliance with learning plan requirements, contractor safety, site access, and system access (e.g., Beeline).
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills to support training documentation, audits, and reporting.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Develop a training plan for all roles in the project.
  • Identify all procedures and training that are applicable for the project.
  • Develop and maintain a training matrix indicating who is required to be trained on standard operating procedures.
  • Work with site training personnel to establish individual learning plans, if required.
  • Perform periodic audits to ensure project personnel are trained for the activities they are performing.
  • Coordinate training sessions as needed.
  • Responsible for the onboarding of project resources, ensuring compliance with learning plan requirements as well as Beeline, contractor safety, site access, and electronic device requirements, among others.
