The Technical Part:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least five (5) years of experience in Project Management activities within the regulated industry.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis.
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Project Management skills.
- All project stages: developing documentation: change controls, business cases, scheduling, etc

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Provide high-level technical interpretation of design and project documentation to guide execution and decision-making.
- Lead and oversee project execution to ensure compliance with quality standards, site requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Manage complex and non‑routine project challenges independently, exercising sound judgment with minimal oversight.
- Provide leadership, direction, and ongoing coordination with consultants, vendors, and contractors assigned to the project.
- Ensure effective communication, alignment, and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
- Proactively keep site and senior management informed of risks, constraints, and conditions that may impact project scope, schedule, or cost.
- Prepare and present weekly project status reports detailing progress, risks, and mitigation actions.
- Lead cross‑discipline reviews of drawings and deliverables to identify inconsistencies, gaps, or conflicts.
- Serve as the primary interface between engineering and field teams to resolve design and constructability issues.
- Coordinate with subcontracting, material management, project controls, and automation teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Provide overall project leadership, driving execution, accountability, and successful delivery of objectives.
