For industrial hygiene sampling services in the regulated industry. 

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science and five (5) years of experience in Industrial hygiene within the regulated industry.
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English).
  • Good organizational skills and effective time management, with a proven track record for being able to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience in:
    • Industrial Hygiene Exposure Assessment monitoring and reports.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Complete the IH sampling plan, including but not limited to noise assessments, indoor air quality monitoring, substances/contaminant samples, and ergonomic assessments (e.g., force measurements) related to the new product project.
  • Coordinate with project contacts and the functional areas on the dates to perform the sampling.
  • Calibrate sampling equipment (air pumps, sonometers, dosimeters, etc.) before and after taking samples.
  • Send samples for analysis.
  • Complete the calculations and technical reports.
  • Provide any recommendations for controls.
  • Communicate results with the functional areas.
  • Complete qualitative assessments related to the new product project and baseline assessments.
  • Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for specific tasks to determine the risks, exposure conclusions, controls, and personal protective equipment.
  • Complete the documentation related to the JSA.
  • Complete metrics and maintain the exposure matrix up to date.
  • Complete basic metrics providing the status of the project exposure assessment plan. Exposure conclusions are updated into the exposure assessment master list.
