IT Manufacturing Lead

For IT services in the Manufacturing area. 

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field and at least three (3) years of previous experience in Manufacturing (infrastructure, network, MES, etc.) within the Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices Industry.
• Lean Six Sigma (preferred) 
• Bilingual: Spanish and English
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. 
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. 
• Experience in:
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives. 
  • Stakeholder management 
  • Project Management 
  • Compliance

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) 

• Strategic and tactical IT leadership within a matrix organization.
• Communication of decisions and project updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure service and operational SLAs are met for IT requests and projects.
• Collaborate with Plant Leadership and TGS towers to manage local ownership of BDX Technology.
• Escalations and issue resolution
• Site-specific technologies and integration
• Local IT project management and vendor support
• IT/OT refresh planning and hardware management
• Compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
