Facilities Engineering  Services.

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field) and at least five (5) years of experience within the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or regulated manufacturing industry.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish.
  • Shift: Administrative, and according to business needs.
  • Experience in: 
    • Facilities Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
    • Supporting facility-related projects, maintenance activities, and day-to-day engineering needs.
    • Developing, reviewing, and maintaining technical documentation.
    • Facility systems, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure.
    • Strong technical writing, documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Provide Facilities Engineering support for the development, review, and update of reinstatement documentation and other facility-related technical documents.
  • Support the Facilities team with the preparation and organization of documentation required to restore systems, equipment, and facility areas to their required operational condition.
  • Assist in identifying, documenting, and coordinating corrective actions related to facility systems and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with Facilities, Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, EHS, Quality, and external contractors to address facility-related issues.
  • Review technical information, drawings, equipment documentation, and existing records to support facility activities and documentation.
  • Participate in field assessments and provide engineering input to support troubleshooting and resolution of facility issues.
  • Prepare technical reports, work scopes, assessments, and other engineering documentation as needed.
  • Support the coordination and follow-up of facility-related work orders, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure documentation and engineering activities are aligned with applicable GMP, safety, quality, and site requirements.
  • Provide timely technical support during urgent situations and help coordinate the appropriate resources to minimize operational impact.
  • Identify opportunities to improve facility documentation, response processes, and overall operational reliability.
