• Bachelor's in Engineering and at least five (5) years of experience supporting engineering departments within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. 
• Bilingual: English and Spanish (verbal/written). 
• Experience in:
  • Construction activities
  • Turnover Package
  • Project management experience in all phases
  • Reporting and documentation
  • Capital Projects

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Lead the development, tracking, and delivery of Turn Over Packages (TOPs) for all capital project systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, CQV, and documentation teams to ensure timely and complete system handovers.
• Maintain accurate records of system status, punch list items, documentation completeness, and turnover readiness.
• Ensure all turnover documentation complies with project quality standards, cGMP requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for TOP-related activities during FAT, SAT, and commissioning phases.
• Coordinate with CQV to identify qualification documentation requirements and ensure prerequisites are met for IQ/OQ/PQ activities.
• Facilitate turnover meetings and coordinate system acceptance with operations and CQV teams.
• Track and resolve outstanding documentation issues and punch list items before turnover.
• Support project close-out activities, including final documentation compilation and archiving.
