WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree and three to five (3-5) years of exposure in document control within Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Bilingual, Spanish and English
- Experience in:
- Documentation Control.
- Filing, Retention and Data Entry.
- MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GMP.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Receive and file all defined documents.
- Maintain a log of all received and removed documents.
- Provide copies of original documents as required.
- Provide the required documents during audits.
- Handle data entry in computerized systems.
- Comply with approved filing and retention processes.
- Comply with all requirements and responsibilities established in area procedures.
- Basic knowledge of computerized systems, Word, and Excel.
- Priority management.
