For Human Resources services in the HR Business Partner area.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, and at least four (4) years of previous exposure in a strategic HR role within the regulated industry.
  • Empathy and emotional intelligence to understand employee sentiment, attrition drivers, and retention risks.
  • Influence and relationship building to partner with leaders on talent, engagement, and culture actions.
  • Bilingual: (Spanish and English)
  • Shift: Administrative & according to business needs 
  • Experience in:
    • Acting as an HR Business Partner or HR Project Manager
    • Staffing strategies, talent planning, and workforce management
    • Supporting organizational design, culture initiatives, and change management
    • Collaborating with cross‑functional and multidisciplinary teams
    • Operating effectively in dynamic, fast‑paced, on‑site work environments

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Provide strategic HR partnership to business leaders by supporting workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on staffing strategies, employee relations, culture, and engagement.
  • Lead or support HR‑related projects, ensuring effective planning, implementation, and follow‑through.
  • Leverage internal and external insights to diagnose organizational needs and recommend solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Support the design and execution of organizational initiatives that strengthen culture, employee experience, and retention.
  • Partner with leaders to develop engagement and retention strategies informed by employee feedback and business insights.
  • Identify talent risks and capability gaps to guide succession planning and strengthen the overall talent pipeline.
  • Promote leadership effectiveness through coaching, team development, and performance‑enablement practices.
  • Collaborate across the HR model to deliver integrated solutions in talent management, development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support change management efforts and ensure clear communication and adoption of enterprise HR initiatives at the site level.
