Project Coordinator

For Project Coordination services in the Engineering and Capital Projects area.

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with two years (2) of exposure in field activities, and project management support in regulated industry. 
• Bilingual (Spanish and English.)
• Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in:
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ensuring projects are executed efficiently, and maintaining communication between various stakeholders.
  • SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Monitoring project progress and developing project status reports.
• Support and coordinate the project activities with external contractors and consultants.
• Support safe practices at the job site.
• Support the project plan, schedule, and scope.
• Maintains client staff informed of activities & progress.
• Communicate effectively through all department levels (engineering, manufacturing, management).
