The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field and at least five (5) years of previous exposure to Asset Management and Equipment Reliability activities within the regulated industry.
- Bilingual: (Spanish and English)
- Shift: Administrative & according to business needs
- Experience in:
- Asset management, equipment reliability, and maintenance planning.
- Predictive maintenance methodologies, including vibration analysis, thermography, and other condition monitoring techniques.
- Maximo or similar asset management software.
- GMP & GDP regulations

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to ensure optimal asset performance and reliability across all critical equipment.
- Lead the maintenance planning efforts to prioritize preventive and predictive maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum asset utilization.
- Utilize Maximo and other asset management software tools to track and manage the life cycle of equipment, from installation through to decommissioning.
- Analyze equipment performance and failure trends to recommend improvements and corrective actions that enhance reliability and extend asset life.
- Implement and manage predictive maintenance programs using condition monitoring and advanced diagnostics to prevent equipment failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment of maintenance strategies with overall business goals.
- Manage the qualification of equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
- Prepare and present reports on equipment reliability, maintenance schedules, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members on best practices in asset management and equipment reliability.
