WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field and at least five (5) years of previous exposure to Asset Management and Equipment Reliability activities within the regulated industry.
  • Bilingual: (Spanish and English)
  • Shift: Administrative & according to business needs 
  • Experience in:
    • Asset management, equipment reliability, and maintenance planning.
    • Predictive maintenance methodologies, including vibration analysis, thermography, and other condition monitoring techniques.
    • Maximo or similar asset management software.
    • GMP & GDP regulations

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to ensure optimal asset performance and reliability across all critical equipment.
  • Lead the maintenance planning efforts to prioritize preventive and predictive maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum asset utilization.
  • Utilize Maximo and other asset management software tools to track and manage the life cycle of equipment, from installation through to decommissioning.
  • Analyze equipment performance and failure trends to recommend improvements and corrective actions that enhance reliability and extend asset life.
  • Implement and manage predictive maintenance programs using condition monitoring and advanced diagnostics to prevent equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment of maintenance strategies with overall business goals.
  • Manage the qualification of equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
  • Prepare and present reports on equipment reliability, maintenance schedules, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members on best practices in asset management and equipment reliability.
