 For Project Controller services in the Capital Projects area. 

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and at least three (3) years of previous exposure Project Cost Control, Financial Tracking, or Project Management activities within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry. 
  • Bilingual, Spanish and English (good communication)
  • Shift: Administrative & according to business needs 
  • Experience in:
    • Managing project costs and budget performance
    • Purchase management and procurement coordination
    • Supplier management and tracking of vendor deliverables
    • Tracking, updating, and reporting financial actuals
    • Analyzing variances between planned and actual project spending

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Monitor, track, and control project costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Manage purchasing activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, and financial documentation.
  • Coordinate supplier management activities, ensuring vendors meet cost, schedule, and deliverable expectations.
  • Track and update financial actuals, forecasting future spending and identifying variances.
  • Provide financial reporting and cost analysis to support project decision‑making.
  • Maintain accurate project cost documentation and ensure alignment with internal financial systems.
  • Support project managers by providing visibility into cost performance, risks, and required adjustments.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to validate cost data and ensure accurate financial tracking.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of cost control processes and project financial governance.
