Lead Planning Services 

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
  •  Eight plus (8+) years of project planning and scheduling experience supporting large capital projects.
  • Five plus (5+) years of hands-on experience using Oracle Primavera P6.
  • Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. 
  • Preferred qualifications: 
    • Experience supporting parenteral, aseptic, sterile, fill/finish, biologics, vaccine, or cell & gene therapy manufacturing facilities.
    • Experience integrating Engineering, Construction, CQV, Automation, and Startup schedules.
    • Knowledge of GMP manufacturing, system turnover, commissioning, qualification, and validation processes.
    • Experience with schedule risk analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), and resource planning.
    • Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and schedule reporting tools.
    • PMP, PSP, or AACE certification is preferred.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize integrated Level 2–4 Primavera P6 schedules, including the Project Master Schedule and detailed execution schedules.
  • Coordinate and integrate contractor Level 5 schedules, ensuring consistency across all project workstreams.
  • Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), schedule logic, milestones, critical path analyses, and resource-loaded schedules.
  • Lead schedule development throughout all project phases, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Mechanical Completion, System Turnover, Commissioning, Qualification & Validation (CQV), and Startup.
  • Monitor schedule performance, identify critical path changes, assess schedule risks, and develop mitigation and recovery plans.
  • Coordinate planning activities with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, CQV, Automation, Manufacturing, and external contractors.
  • Facilitate weekly planning, progress review, and schedule coordination meetings.
  • Track engineering deliverables, procurement milestones, construction progress, mechanical completion, turnover packages, and validation readiness.
  • Produce executive schedule reports, dashboards, KPIs, and forecast analyses for project leadership.
  •  Support schedule risk assessments, what-if scenario analyses, and change management activities.
  •  Ensure schedule compliance with project governance standards and planning best practices.
