The Technical Part:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Failities) & four (4) years of relevant experience within the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English).
- Shift: Day shift (must be available other shifts if needed).
- Experience in:
- Knowledge of quality or compliance systems such as Agile, TrackWise, or QMS
- CMMS or related enterprise systems such as SAP, Service Now, BAS, or Maxim
- Data extraction, review, tracking, and coding

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Support the operation, maintenance, and improvement of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security, and building automation systems.
- Provide project or program support to the Facilities/Utilities functional group
- Monitor projects, programs, and systems status, budgets, and schedules to help ensure timely execution
- Apply knowledge of company operations to assist in the development, implementation, and administration of programs and systems guidelines and procedures
- Gather, compile, and organize information for reports, status updates, and management reviews
- Provide technical support, including: Programs and systems training, Documentation development and maintenance & Data extraction, review, tracking, and coding
- Support for systems such as Agile, TrackWise, and QMS related to Facilities / Utilities and Critical Systems
- Coordinate and track preventive maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of work orders, service requests, and repairs
- Assist with facility projects, renovations, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades
- Partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to support facility operations and project execution
- Support procurement activities, including purchase order placement and tracking
- Assist with contract administration, including change orders, payment tracking, and related support
- Manage or support CMMS administration activities using systems such as SAP, Service Now, BAS, and Maximo
- Monitor facility conditions and respond to operational issues, equipment failures, and emergencies as needed
- Help ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, standards, and company policies
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for maintenance and capital projects
- Maintain accurate records, drawings, documentation, asset information, and system data
- Conduct inspections, analyze issues, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reliability, safety, and compliance
- Support sustainability, energy conservation, and workplace improvement initiative
